It is against this background that on May 17, the China Non-stable Food Circulation Association officially released the group standard "General Requirements for Children's Snacks", and also released the "White Paper on Children's Snack Market Research" (hereinafter referred to as "the White Paper"). Among them, the group standard of "General Requirements for Children's Snacks" was drafted by the excellent snack food brands that were listed in February this year, and is the first standard specially formulated for children's snacks in China.
In addition to Liangpin stores, the enterprises participating in the formulation of group standards this time include Guangdong Hamasaki Food Co., Ltd., Shantou Hualefu Food Co., Ltd., Ningbo Jidian Health Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Weikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Yongwang Food Co., Ltd., Fuyang Jiannuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., etc.
The group standard General Requirements for Children's Snacks describes the scope of application of children's snacks, product classification and technical requirements for children's snacks, and at the technical level, describes in detail the requirements for children's snacks in terms of raw materials, sensory, nutritional components, physical and chemical indicators, pollutant indicators, mycotoxin indicators, microbial indicators, food additives, etc.
It can be said that the group standard for children's snacks fills the gap of relevant domestic standards, and it will be more instructive for children's snack related enterprises in research, development, application and production.
In addition, in order to avoid the standard falling into the "strange circle" of difficult implementation, and also bring lessons to consumers and the industry, Liangpin Store started the children's snack upgrade iteration synchronously when drafting the group standard. At present, 30 products have fully met the group standard. At present, the product line mainly includes biscuits, jelly, functional candy, children's fish intestines, milk and other products.
In the view of many insiders, the release of the group standard of "General Requirements for Children's Snacks" is of milestone significance for the standardized and standardized development of China's children's snack market. Especially at the moment when China actively strengthens the guidance of national health policy, relying on the group standard of General Requirements for Children's Snacks will effectively promote the healthy development of China's children's snack market.
